Ms. Yeissy Morales

She is one of the few young women under the age of 35 in charge of a ferrous and non-ferrous metal trading company in Costa Rica. She has a degree in Business Administration and her passion for recycling has been with her since childhood.

She grew up and later worked for a small business of her parents, a business that over the years became a well-known family business in the country in terms of recycling and with participation abroad.

Our director believes in teamwork, strategic alliances, loyalty between partners. She sees obstacles as opportunities for change, her favorite phrase is: "Every cloud has a silver lining". Today after 15 years of experience, she is the executive director and creator of Scrap Queen Metal Corporation SRL, a company that she saw born and has promoted since 2019.
